Greenleaf Man wins Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle Randal Miller of Greenleaf was in for the surprise of his life. The man who has quite the life story became Idaho Lottery's 23rd millionaire after being the winning ticket holder in the famous $1,000,000 Raffle. The ticket, number 59,338 was drawn on Wednesday night at 10pm and Miller was there to watch it on the TV as the number was announced.
