Greenleaf Man wins Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle

Randal Miller of Greenleaf was in for the surprise of his life. The man who has quite the life story became Idaho Lottery’s 23rd millionaire after being the winning ticket holder in the famous $1,000,000 Raffle.

The ticket, number 59,338 was drawn on Wednesday night at 10pm and Miller was there to watch it on the TV as the number was announced. They quickly went through their tickets until the found the one with the winning ticket. The prize was “definitely the most” he had ever won said an excited Miller.

The Greenleaf Store in Greenleaf, Idaho also are set to receive a bonus of $50,000 for selling the winning ticket. 3 of the 4 $10,000 prizes are still yet unclaimed so there are more winners in store for the Idaho State lottery. Juan Aguilar of Boise who purchased his ticket in State Street in Eagle Idaho claimed one of the prizes.

Miller found out last night right after the 10 p.m. newscast that he was holding the that had number 59,338. His sister, Elizabeth Fowble, wrote the top winning numbers down after seeing them on television. Along with her husband Joe Fowble, all three started checking their tickets for winners.
