There is an online music songwriting contest that is open to all songwriters, musicians and bands from anywhere on the planet called the 100% Music Songwriting Contest. They accept professionals and amateurs and everything inbetween. A panel of independent music industry professionals will judge the competition including members from many all roles including publishers, producers, and journalists.
Production quality is not considered when the submissions are judged and awards are given for winners in melody, music competition as well as awards for music from different genres.
